Please provide a full debug log capturing the issue. The log you provided is an info log so can’t get much from that.

i will add that to my advancedsettings file and watch for a bit and see what happens, i'll repost again in 8+ hrs i'm kinda tired and may pass out, don't want ya waiting around. i think i may have fixed it with turning on something in the advanced section of the pvr app something for m3u8 streams. it seems pretty solid since but i will add the debug line and give it a shot. the log will not be from 8hrs lol i'll do a short test tomorrow

The issue might be your dodgy pirate stream.

seems to work fine without hardware acceleration

That service even from a web browser isn't very reliable.  Not sure what you expect.
