Any idea how to get Stremium support?  I've emailed firesidechat twice with no response.

I finally got a reply back from Stremium support. They said that Sling isn't supported via the web.  I either have to use the android app, FireTV or Roku.  I asked when did this start, because it was working up until yesterday.

@matthuisman.  Anything you can do?

Possibly the Sling widevine server is only doing L1 widevine now?

@markeymark - what device are you using?
Im guessing android tv?

I am currently watching SlingTV channels on Stremium add on, issue must be your end, possibly widevine as mentioned earlier

Can you play channels like CNN, Tennis Channel, AMC, NBA TV? My Stremium running on Kodi 20.5 and Kodi 21.1 does not play these channels, I have not tested all channels but there are quite a few channels that can be played and some that cannot be played.
My Widevine: 4.10.2830.0

I've been having a back and forth with Stremium support.  They tell this isn't supposed to work, that I'm only supposed to be able to view Sling via an app, Roko or FireTV.  Once I started questioning why they offer to link with Sling if it isn't supposed to work, and that it had been working, things suddenly started working again.  I can view all of my Sling content on my Kodi devices, except one for a single channel.  I pay extra for a single channel, and it was being display prior to this issue, but is no longer found on Stremium's website, or in my Kodi.  So, I guess I need to get back with Stremium support and find out why I can't get that channel.

One question previously was to confirm Widevine version. That was the first thing I did.  I don't remember the version number right off the top of my head, but it was current and I even tried to re-apply it just to confirm.

@rosede Wow! How have you been able to have a back-and-forth conversation with Stremium support? I've e-mailed them a few different times over the last month or so about the issue of not being able to access all of the Philo channels I should have access to, and they have never replied back to me. What e-mail address are you using to get in touch with them?

Sorry about the late reply.  I just now saw this post.

For what it's worth, here is the email address that I've been using.  [email protected]

However, all communication on their end stopped.  I have a single channel that I pay Sling extra for that I was not getting via Stremium.  I asked why several times, but would not get a reply.  I have since dropped the paid service.  I see no reason keeping the paying for service if I can't see all of my content. I've switched over the the Sling addon from eracknaphobia.  Works okay, but not as good as Matts addons.  There were a few issues that I had to work out, finally found settings that would stop the issues that I had.  eracknaphobia support isn't very good.  I post questions to him and he will not respond.  Other than those few minor issues, it works pretty good.  I can't see my DVR or on-demand content, but I couldn't see that with Stremium either, so its not a big loss.  I have work arounds in place for those items.

I'm using Philo (we get a deal through our cell phone provider - $15/month). Unfortunately, they don't make an app for our smart TV, we don't want to get another streaming device to have to manage, and our only Kodi option is through Stremium. So we're stuck with them. And it seems to be missing about 10 or so channels. I used the same e-mail address that you did, but haven't received a single reply. Not sure what to do at this point.
