Set your skin to the default estuary exit and re-launch, does the message still appear?

I note Nimbus 0.1.29 is available, you have version: 0.1.20

Something in windows is triggering this action and I'm unsure if Kodi is the culprit here, although you have quite a number of scripts that call the player in resume. Suggest that a Portable mode (wiki) installation will at least get you back to a plain no-add-on, no script launch. Should you still get this message on windows boot, then the o/s has been compromised. A negative would mean Kodi has been overlayed with some 3rd party code and at that point we'll look at recovery solutions.

- translation
what they are telling you is that this is almost assuredly a result of something you have installed
and therefor reverting your installation may be the only way to get back to where you started
using a portable installation using the linked instructions may be the easiest way to do that without losing your settings/addons
with the portable installation you can then add things back a little at a time until the issue shows up and then it would be revealed what caused it

-----

edit:
disregard below this line

you log does not contain DEBUG information so it does not show what tried to play something but this is not normal Kodi behavior
if you enable debug logging and produce a new log it may yield something informative
- instructions are here Debug Log
- primarily Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,

Enabled debug logging due to GUI setting (2)

I get confused, thought I was using my native language, but thanks for the translation; even I could understand that.

Thank you.
I uninstalled Kodi completely.
I searched C drive with Agent Ransack and deleted every reference to Kodi which was found.
Reinstalled Omega 21.1, rebooted and the error is still there.

This is a new log created upon the second boot after installation.

Thank you for your help

The log is showing you are NOT using Portable mode (wiki) and as such, the possibility that the issue has not been overwritten is likely. The portable Kodi is easy to do.. just relocate the installation to the root, create a short cut launch, and in the properties of the icon target placee a -p  e.g. kodi.exe -p with the path. OTH: this may indicate the issue is in the windows operating system itself.

Screenshot of the message?
I vaguely remember a similar issue some time ago (in the forums) and I think it had to do with an addon trying to launch a video on start.

There is also a remote possibility that in settings>interface>startup>perform on start-up>TV or Radio; the log precluded that, but a 3rd party code overlay may have disguised the call.

My Recommendation:> is the portable installation... failure here = windows has been compromised.

Thanks Pat.

I have installed the Portable version and the error no longer occurs when rebooting in either Portable or standard.

I have added both versions to the Startups folder, and tested separately and the error did not occur.

I have rebooted both via Kodi and windows with no error.

What do ou suggest I do now?

Stick with the portable install if you can, back-up is just copying the entire folder and re-path the properties in the shortcut; allows you to be creative and risky with new add-ons etc.. with a proper back-up somewhere else. Might be something in that windows version, or perhaps some disk was trying to play. note the link in my sig for Caution: add-ons you install.

Enjoy Kodi... I have for 15 years plus.
