Pb remote access MariaDB
#1
Hi,

I use Kodi and sql data base (MariaDB) on NAS.
At home with LAN, it's alright

With Remote access (router port 3306 enable), kodi connect to sql data base but i can't play the movies (movie not found)

Video source is added with Webdav (https) protocol

is there a solution ?

I don't want to use Plex, Emby....

Thanks

When u added Webdav (https) protocol as your video source did u use your internal ipaddress of your nas or external ipaddress ?

With Webdav (https) protocol, i use NAS dns name.

i can play directly video by the menu "source video" but not by the DB

am I right or wrong if i think that the link, between the Db and video folder path, is NFS protocol  and no Webdav protocol ?

Because with LAN it's ok

How can i do ?
