I have Google TV w/CC and it doesn't seem to properly do the playback. Is there a platform that does?

Thanks for the link. It seems boxes with S905X4 are recommended. My CCWGTV 4k uses S905X3 . From specs, S905X3 doesn't seem to be that different. Is there any official set of video format that S905X3 can decode?
I can watch some movies x265 4k, but not some others. What would be the difference?

From that link it says 'H.265 HEVC MP-10 @ L5.1 up to 4Kx2K @ 60 fps', so it should be supported
I have been playing with different .mkv. It seems I have the problem with only a few.
With media info, the 2 I have probems with show
17.2 Mb/s, 3840*1604 (2.39:1), at 24.000 FPS, HVEC (Main 10@L5@Main), HDR10/HDR10
18.0 Mb/s, 3840*1604 (2.39:1), at 23.976 FPS, HVEC (Main 10@L5@Main), HDR10/HDR10
I have other movies with same video info (even higher Mb/s) playing well
I'm not sure if MediaInfo is correct. Sometimes info it shows me it's not the same what kodi plays (and shows as an Icon on my TV)
IS there something specific I should look for in the files that make them more difficult to play?

They're both HDR videos; does your device support HDR?

Audio I see for the 2 files above
- 224 kb/s 48.0 Khz, 6 channels, E-AC-3 (Dolby Digital Plus)
- 3886 kb/s 48.0 Hz, 24 bits, 6 channels, DTS XLL DTS-HD MAster Audio)
When I play, video keeps 'stuttering'. Is something to see in the logs?
My device CCwGTV can decode similar files, so I think there must be something in the videos that makes it different.
If I play the video file directly from a USB with CCwGTV, I still see the problem. If I connected it to my LG TV (α7 Gen3 Processor 4K, supporting Double Vision) and play it with WEB OS player, I don't see a problem.

I did some more tests
I played the files in Kodi from a USB drive (I was playing them over the network). Same problem
I played the files in VLC from the network. I don't see a problem.
IS there any setting I can tweak in Kodi? Otherwise it just seems that for some reason, Kodi codecs are inferior in terms of performance for some particular files (for whatever unknown reason).

I don't know how else to ask for debug logs than to say, "we really need debug logs to help." Which is basically what you were asked for a few posts up.

What kind of debugs you want me to do? Just while playing the file giving me problems? If it's a performance problem, would it show in a log?
