I'm trying to install this skin after install jurialmonkey's repo, but it is hanging on tmdbhelper dependency and will not complete. Had same issue on AF2.
Any ideas?
Manually install script.module.jurialmunkey. I have this issue every time the script module gets updated. I'm not sure why it can't be installed via jurialmonkey's repo.

Because all the instructions to allow installing from unofficial sources were not followed and now that you have manually installed it it will never update from a repo.

Specifically, these steps were not followed:
1. Enable "Unknown Sources" in Kodi Settings > System > Add-ons
2. Enable "Update official add-ons from: Any repositories" in Kodi Settings > System > Add-ons

You must follow instructions to install from unofficial sources BEFORE installing the skin. If you have manually installed a dependency or disabled auto updates then you need to use the versions button from that dependency to track the repo again.
Arctic Fuse 2 - Alpha now available. Support me on Ko-fi.

ugh, missed step # 2. Fixed and it installed properly.
One last Q : where is Party Mode for music on these skins. The look is stunning!

On the main screen widget (At the end of Recently Added Movies) is it possible to change the "more items" link destination to "All Movies" instead of going only to the list of "Recently Added"?

check your logic on this

it's a "More ..." button at the end of the Recently Added Movies row, it only makes sense that it points to "More Recently Added"
if the row were "All Movies" and then you clicked More at the end you would expect it to go to "More All Movies"

there is no logic to see all movies when you expect to go to more items of recent movies

"I don't know" may have been a more respectful response.
I understand where the current "More Items" go, I was asking for a different option, therefore I was wondering if there's a way to customize that link to where "I" want it to go.
My logic would have made the option go directly to show all movies.

I appreciate the input, Thanks

Ah, thanks. I will follow the steps 🙂
I disabled auto update a while back because you removed features in AF1(aka AF2) and AF2.
Officer KD6-3.7 is doing an amazing job with Arctic Fuse Mod. The features you removed have now been implemented back into Arctic Fuse Mod 😀

@jurialmunkey - Hey man! So nice to see you here! Thank you for all the help!
Image

@christoofar - Party mode is
Code:
PlayerControl(PartyMode(music))

@hoopsdavis - Instead of using 'Recently Added Movies' You could add 'All Movies' as the widget and then in the widget sort options choose 'Dateadded' and then select 'Reverse Order'. This would functionally make it look like a 'Recently Added Movies' widget in the home screen but clicking on 'More items' will take you to the 'All Movies' folder.

@Blurayx - Glad you're enjoying the skin and it's now your new favourite! AF2 is still going to be the 'best of the best' and this mod won't ever catch up to it. But I'll try to port some of the 'eye candy' features (people seem to love the new fonts!) over here.

Thank you everyone!

I like the simple things in life. I love the Arctic Fuse Mod preconfigured wizard setup. Right now, Arctic Fuse Mod is perfect, but I’m looking forward to the "eye candy" features you're hoping to port. 😀

Thanks @Officer KD6-3.7,  That's the option I went with to get what I wanted.
I appreciate the feedback.    Thanks

I usually use Complex Layout Mode + Stacked Navigation Mode with multiple Side Menu items (each with multiple Categories)

I've recently switched to Complex Layout Mode + Combined Navigation mode, but I've noticed an issue with Combined Navigation Mode:

excluding the first Side Menu item, the library members (films/shows/eps) in the widgets in each Side Menu item Category aren't displayed on the Home screen until I first access the widget and then back out into the Home screen

Hopefully that makes sense, but if not I can post w/e is more helpful

Edit- I think it might have something to do with the Category having a submenu which contains the library members (films/shows/eps)

Really sorry but can you please post some pics/videos so I can better understand the issue?
I initially thought you meant a missed focus issue but maybe this is something different.

No worries - it barely made sense to myself

This is how the home screen looks on initial load:

And this is how it looks after I access each widget (Category submenu) and back out to the home screen:

Image Image Image

I think it has something to do with the Categories (movies, grouped, filmmaker, etc) utilizing submenus

Sorry but I can't seem to replicate this on my setup. I am using 'Providers' from TMDbH as an example. The first submenu list widget ('Netflix' in the screenshot) loads on startup like it's supposed to.

I assume you have the 'Use as widget' option under 'Submenu Options' enabled?
