And I can't make logs, you want 4 days of logs in debug level, to catch a random issue, and you think something usefull will be logged by the app ?
Don't worry there is so much random issues/crashes on kodi we can make with it

My problems was more the stuttering, now I know it was because of windows.
And the keyboard, and here was probably caused by the OS too, I can't explain why some simple shortcut like "\" have stopped working, but it was previously on win7, so not the same driver at all, on win10, volume up and down don't generate WM_APPCOMMAND event (tested with the application ShowKeys), and no key event, so kodi can't make something.

I will be happy if someone found a solution for the keyboard, but for me the issue is solved.

You didn't say before (or I didn't notice) that the borderless issue was random. That makes it more complicated.
Still sounds like Kodi getting confused sometimes and does not request the correct window styles. Without a debug log that includes the event, not much can be done. And even then...
If you do capture the problem in a log please indicate also the date & time as logs can be long...

Don't worry, random issues are boring to catch, it's not blocking and it seem I m alone with this problem.
I have better result for the keyboard ATM after having uninstalled the driver IntelliType Pro (as my device don't use it), in reality was this driver that catch up/down volume event, even the device is not able to use it.

I m still figting with it but now Kodi is able to catch key press.
