Correct, sorry I forgot to mention I have a server/client setup. The server is a raspberry pi so to preserve sd card I map the centralized database to the share drive.

I can not replicate the issue with channels not building... On my end smartplaylists and all channels are building fine. Please, send logs...

I was also wondering have any of you tried clearing Kodi's PVR & Live TV data, or when Kodi is not running deleting your EPG.db from the userdata/database folder?

This maybe an issue with the channels building but the EPG isn't displaying the meta... THX

My observations probably won’t help much, but still…
    1.    If the Post-Roll option is enabled in the fillers settings, then in the Channel Manager, disabling Post-Roll on even a single random channel (503) results in PseudoTV creating at most 1-3 channels. If Post-Roll is disabled on multiple channels (503), then the m3u and xml files are not generated at all. After making all these adjustments to the settings, I exit Kodi and delete the m3u and xml files.
    2.    If the Post-Roll option is disabled in the fillers settings, then in the Channel Manager, enabling Post-Roll on even a single random channel (503) causes the same issue, and so on…

When trying to change the Trailers Resource path in Edit Rule 503, an error appears.

From my understanding, starting with version 0.5.8, something is happening with Post-Roll that significantly affects the entire PseudoTV Live channel creation process. If PseudoTV fails to create channels, you can wait for hours, and nothing will change.

I really like your Seasonal Channel idea! The Seasonal Channel could be further developed by expanding the range of themes, for example: Mel Gibson Week, Woody Allen Week, or French Comedy Week, etc.

Saw you did an update so I restarted Kodi and went to work
Checked 4 hours later, It was (very slowly) building the channels.  I didn't touch it
Came back after another 4 hours and it was further building but still very slow and not done.  
Then I f'd up and opened the Addon settings and it stopped running, but it refreshed IPTV and a chunk of the channels are back.  Ones it had rebuilt before I opened the addon options

I changed pagnation yesterday to 100.  Maybe thats why its slow building?

4hrs? that's really way to long, lets try resetting Pseudo back to its default values. 100+ channels should only take 15mins max.
When Kodi is closed, delete userdata/addon_data/plugin.video.pseudotv.live/settings.xml

Leave the values as they are by default and let me know if your channels build correctly.

100 page size is a lot, every individual path for all channels configured will parse 100 items per path. This is overkill, If you are trying to increase the amount of days filled in the channel guide. increase Kodi's PVR & LiveTV setting "Future Days"; Pseudo will use this value to as its parsing limit.

Also leave accurate duration disabled (default value) unless you encounter guide time issues.

Looks like we might have a breakthrough.  I left it on overnight and it didn't finish building the channels it was missing.
Took your advice this morning and deleted the settings.xml and started Kodi again and bam it finished all that was missing and now all my channels are back!

I might have missed it but I didn't see a rule for "Only Play Watched Content" or the reverse "Only Play Unwatched Content".  Is that in the rules, or something that can be added? 
That's the main reason I am using Smart Playlists is to show only Watched content.  

Oh man that "fandom" days is a great idea!  I would def enable those to try out.
