sorry for the lame post but i would really like to try this app out.  i deleted xbmp 2.4 - deleted the save for xbmp in original dash.
installed xbmc in the apps folder on f drive.
boot up and xbmc is greyed out - no option to select it.
i have done some reading on these forums, i dont have the 0face008 folder anywhere!

do i need to do anything different than what i have already done to get this installed?
do i need to edit the xml to get this installed?
have xecuter 2.2 pro chip
4976 bios
