I want this for the HDMI support. I just want to make sure that it will support audio and video out put to XBMC. Also will i be able to use any of its power for GPU acceleration, deinterlacing, shadowing etc?

sounds like your cpu is too slow. or could you elaborate on this?

Well yes that can be the problem. I've got an Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz

Not yet. So far it's only the nVidia 8xx+ boards that allow gpu acceleration, and that's only for the linux variation.
