first off: great job on the kai integration, i'm impressed.
now my idea/feature request: how about the ability to let xbmc scan through all partition and make a database of the xbe names. it could then use this information to directly launch those games.
the current system (giving one folder for all games) lacks flexibility: i have my games categorized (f:\games\action, f:\games\bla) and i believe many people with more games do this. of course you could just make multiple folders possible via a config file but a complete hdd scan might be nice too.
many pc game launchers do this in order to find supported games, on xbox it should be even easier since the xbe's contain the game title.
other than that: keep rocking
