I have an SDTV I'd like to hook up to my Zotac IONITX which only has DSUB, DVI, and HDMI out. The TV has an SVideo port. What are my options?

You'll need some sort of active converter, there's no way to do it passively. Probably cheaper to just buy a new TV TBH.

Perhaps I can get an HDMI or DSUB or DVI --> component video working. I have seen cables for that. Dunno about the picture quality though.

AFAIK the Zotac DVI port doesn't support YPrPb, so you'll still need an active solution to convert VGA to it.
