Is there anyway to get Cirrus to activate the Logo Downloader Script ( http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=74912 ) ? Or another way for it to collect clear art, either manually or (preferably) on any library update?

Malexx and me are merging our mods so there will be a big Modpack this weekend. You have to look in the Mod's section for Cirrus extended! We just have to finish some testing and the we'll share the complete skin for download. Cheers
