Solved No ratings on some movies?

Curious why some of my movies show a rating (PG, PG-13, R) and some do not, even though they correctly have scraped.

@Litcube , where is it that you see the rating for some movies and not others? Video info dialog? Media views? Can you please post a screenshot? Thanks.

Bart

How did you add the movies to your library- scraper or nfo files?

Scraper.  I tried TMDB scraper, and the Universal scraper (both IMDB and TMDB) and it still won't budge.

Ok. And what country have you selected for Certification in the scraper settings?

Have you checked TheMovieDB to ensure the rating is there?

I lied, apparently it's IMDB.  But the page certainly says 14A for that movie.

I'll try TMDB.

EDIT:  No go.  HRM!

Ok, you want US ratings.

I think the problem may be the prefix Rated. bsoriano will need to advise what prefix his skin uses for US ratings. Test by blanking out the prefix and try scraping again and if that doesn't work, bsoriano will advise.

Had a quick look at the skin code. Using PG13 as an example, the prefix for USA can be one of the following. The Rated prefix should have worked unless it is case-sensitive, then it should be Rated (with a space after)

US:PG-13
United States:PG-13
USA:PG-13
Rated PG-13
PG-13

USTongueG-13
United StatesTongueG-13
USATongueG-13
Rated PG-13
PG-13
It was Rated with a space after.

To ensure I'm scraping right, I'm going into the info screen of the movie and hitting refresh.  That scrapes it again, right?

EDIT:  I wonder if this is a clue:  https://i.imgur.com/fARMIRO.jpg

Not rated should still show a rating icon. The skin is looking for...

It seems that the problem was that I am a ^#$ing idiot, and I want to apologize to everyone here for wasting your time.  The rating feature works just fine.  I am deeply sorry.  If there's anything I can do to make it up to you, please let me know.

Any thoughts on this one:

Notice the data has a PG-13 rating, but the top right corner says NR.  Outside, at list, there is no rating listed under the movie either:
