Is it possible to force Dolby Digital transcoding without enabling passthrough?
I know it's not standard use case but for my own reasons I don't want passthrough, for one being volume levels are very inconsistent. I want kodi to process the audio and use amplification settings etc. even if the source is AC3.
FWIW I'm using an Odroid N2+ on Coreelec but I don't think its OS/hardware specific?
