Is there anyway to get a different thumbnail for joined episodes in one file instead of two episodes having same thumbnail becasue i really dont want to split episodes to have diffent thumbnails or do i need to add episdoe images on the tvdb and tmdb website to be able to have seperate thumbnails?

It can be done, but it is a manual process.

Highlight the episode and call up the Context Menu
Select Manage
Select Choose Art
Select the existing Thumbnail entry
Select Browse
Then navigate to where the image is located. If it is in the same folder as the video file, select *Item folder

Do that for each episode.
