Recently updated smart TV to android 11 and Kodi is version 21. I get a message telling me new controller detected but I am unable to use my remote within the app and cannot operate Kodi, this only happened since updating my TV. Any help?

Its not letting me control or select anything once the message shows up I can only exit out of the app
