arubinst Wrote:Hi there!

I'm getting a "Site down" message whenever I try to select any category.

This is on the last nightly build running on a 2010 Mac Mini with Snow Leopard and trying to connect to nzbs.org. I've entered all config settings (i.e. keys, username, pw).

Any ideas on what the problem could be or how I could trouble shut it? Would a log help?

Thanks in advance.

log log log log log log, I can not say it too many times.. but most probably you have missed a number or a letter in the key Big Grin

I just switched to the new .15 release and the mkv rar sets are not downloading the last rar anymore. I rolled back to .14 and everything is working again. Is anybody else having this problem?

I'm totally re-writing the core code in preparation for eden and all the new features we have been discussing.
It will take some time for 0.0.15 to be fixed so stay with 0.0.14 for now. I will do a final dharma before eden.

Sounds good to me Popeye, looking forward to it.

I've been alternating between 0.15 and 0.14.. If one doesn't load the film, the other usually does :-)

Cheers

Maybe I'm asking the impossible here however I thought I'd put the idea out there..

Occasionally we come a across a film that is damaged, and the stream will end. Maybe it can self repair if the pars are downloaded in time, or maybe skip to a good rar and maybe miss a few mins of the film.. A dialogue could pop up letting you know it's trying to repair or if it will skip to a good rar depending on which idea can actually be implemented. Unfortunately I'm not that clued up on how usenet works..

Thanks for reading :-)

Yes, this is way beyond what I'm capable of and it would require a complete integration of the download, repair and playing... Big Grin
My plugin is "just" tricking XBMC to play something that doesn't exist (yet). The repairing is completely handled by SAB and I have no API's for fixing a single rar. Sorry.

Thanks for the reply Popeye.. I thought it was a bit of wishful thinking..

Cheers :-)

Just wanted to let you know I have rewritten 50% of the code and added a few extra features Big Grin . Things should be faster and more stable now. I have some more testing to do before releasing for dharma and then later for eden.
