That code dump is too difficult to read with all the line returns stripped out.
Please copy the log file contents and paste it to Kodi Paste Site and provide the link once it is uploaded.
Make sure it has the original line returns, not one big blob of text.

What am I looking for? Your very brief log looks normal and shows no errors, as would be expected for a log that covers a brief 2 seconds of runtime.
Please explain what problems with Kodi you are experiencing.

from the 2 errors in that log it would appear the host is down "mafreebox.freebox.fr"
used by the pvr.freebox addon
trying to contact the site myself it does not respond
and 100% packet loss when pinging with https://ping.eu/ping/ would also suggest it's down
packets transmitted 9
received 0
packet loss 100 %
time 8130 ms
