Please copy the log file contents and paste it to Kodi Paste Site and provide the link once it is uploaded.

What am I looking for? Your very brief log looks normal and shows no errors, as would be expected for a log that covers a brief 2 seconds of runtime.
Please explain what problems with Kodi you are experiencing.

Please enable debug-level logging in system settings:

from the 2 errors in that log it would appear the host is down "mafreebox.freebox.fr"
used by the pvr.freebox addon

trying to contact the site myself it does not respond
and 100% packet loss when pinging with https://ping.eu/ping/ would also suggest it's down
