I have the QNAP unit with ubuntu desktop and it has the kodi server installer icon on the desktop. ran the desktop installation.
Issue seems that the desktop has two interfaces and kodi service has been attached to the internal qnap network, need to reconfigure the kodi server to eth1 IP Address
- if open the kodi on the qnap ubuntu desktop and click the Settings Icon --> Systems Information --> Network it give the current IP Address the server is configured for. But can find any option for re-configuring KODI Server IP Address.
- Other IP Address related treads in the Linux Forum are related to changing the ubuntu IP address vs the IP address for kodi server.
eth0 is behind the QNAP vswitch and eth1 is on my internal network.
