Hi,

Hope someone can help.

I am using both Kodi 17.6. and 18.0  and have a widget set up to show recently added movies to my locally stored (NAS) video library and a sub menu item for my movies collection to update the video library.

This works absolutely fine with Kodi 17.6 but doesnt work with Kodi 18.0   ...the widget refuses to update as new videos are added

I am using the latest Aura for kodi 18  0.9.36

I was going to request a feature for me and some others that were asking . 


Is there any way to add a option to where if you pull up the OSD Navigation bar , it also shows the Info/plot/poster/metadetails 

Currently you have to PAUSE (if the options are set right)  to see the FULL OSD  with all info . 

I want the ability to show FULL OSD by just center clicking the nav button on my shield (where now it only shows the navigation bar)

PS: for now i just removed  line 216 from Includes_OSD.xml , but i'd love for there to be a Option in the official version . Thanks again !

Hi,
I'm using Aura(really love its home screen with the customizable widgets) but I'm not happy with the performance with my system; I run it on a win10 machine with an i7 8700k and 32gb DDR4 ram with v18 official, but I see a costant fps drop in the low 30s @4k and even at 1080p. Anyone is having the same issues?

Excellent skin, my only problem is the Player skin, its very básic, doesnt have buttons to play rewind, download subtitles, etc any heló, i really need the subtitles search button

I run libreelec on a Core2Duo and 2gb ram without any performance issues (significantly less power than what you have), so maybe it's something specific to your system or an errant addon etc.

 I'm running it on an nVidia Shield TV and don't have any performance issues. I've also tested in on my Windows machine with the same specs as yours and don't have any issues

You need to press whatever key is mapped to the osd command. Usually it is the centre button on a remote or "m" on keyboard.

I also just wanted to say thanks @jurialmunkey this skin is amazing, I've tried many skins but this one just captures everything I've been looking for in a skin

What kind of settings do you use? I also tried a clean install of Leia but without any luck(drop to 25fps)...the only workaround that seems to marginally solve the performance issue is to disable "Use fullscreen window" under Display system settings.

 I also have some performance issues with Kodi, very laggy moving the cursor sometimes. I get this with the default skin to.
I've notice pressing \ couple times fixes the slow downs for awhile.

Do you have performance issues with the default skin to?

My Specs- Win10, i7 6700k ,32gb, SSD, Kodi v18.0

More or less with every skin I tried. Disabling Fullscreen Window mode helps a lot.

thanks a lot, i have nvidia shiled tv and i was using the gamepad i switch to my harmony one controler and now works excelllent.
is only limit to 8 widgets in home screen? cause i cant add more widgets , i added a widget for every video addon and i have like 12 video addons hehe, any tip to extend the number of widgets in home screen ?
