I am trying to download the RADIO addon.
Here is my configuration : Windows 11, kodi version 19.4
And I get this error : "The dependency on python version 3.0.0 could not not be satisfied".

You must be downloading an older version of the Radio addon somehow. Where are you downloading it from?

Within kodi (Matrix), Add-ons / Search results : Media sources-Radio (Trisrtan Fischer, enen92 - 3.0.9+matrix.0)

There should be a string of letters and numbers after the paste.kodi.tv/ part.

You've still got the remnants of a banned addon (wiki) installed. Get rid of that to start with:

But if this is an upgraded device from an older Leia Python2 install to a newer Python3 Matrix install then you need to confirm that all your addons and their dependencies are upgraded to Python3 versions. That could be where your problems are coming from, if you've still got old Python2 addons or dependencies in there as Matrix won't work with them.
