How about a full debug log for the windows machine?

Never mind.
The log above may have been not full enough. I did the full cycle, but Kodi file uploader said "can't read file" and offered only the upload of the previous log, when debugging was enabled in the GUI but Kodi was not restarted with debug log active. This log was written when streaming iptv was not working.
To get a real full log, I started over. I enabled debug log again, shut down Kodi, started it with the activated debug logging and the streaming worked as expected. Of course.
To add insult to injury now it still works when debugging is disabled. I noticed iptv.simple was updated during the restart process. Maybe that helped as well.
So, if the problem occurs again, I'll try this "fix"....or have a full debug log with the problem inside.
