II have a few fan art images that are 1080pi 'm I allowed to change the splash screen png, if so is this easy to do!!

Thanks spiff found it on the mac, I coverted the 1080p image to png then renamed it splash.png, but when I start xbmc all I get is a small image on the centre of the screen, what do I need to do to the image!!

you have to change the code. it will always be confined to the center quarter of the screen as is.

With nightlies that restriction has been removed.

So if I try a nightly version I can then use a fanart image for my splash screen!!!
