I download my subtitles from a service that give a file .zip with inside two file .srt: one with tag and one without tag. The problem is that the addon takes everytimes the one with tag that the player can't read and i see a lot of code on the screen. Is there the possbility to exclude after extraction the sub with the word tag in the name?

if we knew what service that is author of that service might have a look at it at some point

The service is ITASA (italiansubs.net). Not all the tv shows has these tags. Revolution has this tag.
