Hi all,

i have a MythTv 0.26 backend on a Mythbuntu virtual machine fully working.
I can see and record all the HTTP live streaming channels using the Mythfrontend on the same machine.
From XBMC frodo on my AppleTV2 i can see the channels list and i can schedule a registration, but the live streaming and the registration don't start.

Same problem using XBMC on the OSX host machine.

Can anyone help me?

You could try to connect using IPv4 instead of IPv6. Might require that you bind your backend to an ipv4 address.
But I don't know if anyone has a working ATV2 (there seem to be more issues: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=154881)

Unfortunately we mythtv addon devs don't have one so it's hard to help debugging.

How can i force XMBC to connect using IPv4?

On OSX version of XBMC i get the same error.

I disabled IPv6 in Mythbuntu and now registrations on ATV2 start but video is all black.

Well...after installing mythtv backend on a new Lubuntu virtual machine now it's working but not at 100%... the video streaming starts but the video is black while the audio is ok.

Any suggestion?

Viewing the same channels with livestreams addon there are no problems, everything is ok, but there's no PVR functionality.
