Wii and GameCube Emulator Dolphin 4.0 Released!

I'm not sure if there is already support for wii/gamecube emulation cores, but I was just thinking we should start a thread or some kind of document that says what platforms are supported. Anyway, here's the page for the new build: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/?ref=btn

If this isn't the place to post this type of stuff, let me know.

On their todo list is a libdolphin. I wonder if that would mean an eventual (very eventual) integration into libretro?

Not yet. I don't believe Dolphin has been adapted for Libretro yet, and getting that done is a job for someone with pretty intimate knowledge of the source code, perhaps a Dolphin team member. That said, I hope someone does!

The set of cores being served up to RetroPlayer can be found in garbear's repository here: https://github.com/garbear/repository.li...ter/addons
