I have followed all of the instructions and the channels aren't loading. At the home menu TV doesn't even pop up but when I turn on the demo add on it does but only loads the demo channels not the simple client ? It's driving me nuts ... please help

I'm guessing because whatever instructions you followed is for a playlist that is no longer working. No TV option shows up i IPTV Simple Client can't load a playlist to generate channels from.

I'm new to the xbmc world so be gentle Blush

I set everything up yesterday and was able to watch live tv. Now when I open it up nothing happens with regards to tv, no live tv menu appears either. I take your point that the instructions I used may no longer be working would it be possible to point me to links that are working. I'm currently using the husham2014 url.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Same problem for me no Live TV loading have tried 2 laptops and both the same also using husham2014 url.

So put two and two together. If the Live TV menu option doesn't show up (which happens if the playlist file isn't available) then that means whatever URL you are using is broken. That is all the help you get on this, as this husham playlist violates our forum rules (wiki).
