Hello fellow Kodiers,

I've been using kodi /xbmc for 3 years, last week all from no apparent reason the remote for ios stopped working!
I'm using a iPhone 4s, tried several apps and using ios 7
Using another iPhone 4, ios 8, also not working
Ipad whit ios 8, also not working!

I've always used auto ip find, but now not even with manual ip!
I've tried opening the the ports on the firewall.
Uninstalling kodi and using lastest version...

For that I really need your help in this!

Using PC with win 8, any ideas?

It's working on the IPad, but not on the iPhone!

Same issue ... works on iPad but not iPhone. Did you solve this problem?

Same problem here!!! I've also tried different remotes app and the don't work either!

Can you take screenshots of the network settings within Kodi, the Services Settings within Kodi, and your configuration settings within the iOS app.

Hello very new to this. I've installed kodi on Mac mini and using iphone running ios9.2 to install remote. The remote however is not working. The info on the app is pulling the ip of my Mac mini and 8080/9090 for port but still not connecting. I've confirmed the username and password on both app and Mac mini kodi. All settings turned on in system service. Any advice ?
