Ive got the login and password filled out but I do not know what to put in the engine IP. i was not sent any IP to input.

Put in the IP of the Computer that is running Xlink Kai. Also, if you have the PMIII skin, you have to disable, exit out of program settings and then go back in and re-enable Xlink for it to work

I've done that every way imaginable and still no dice.

on the PC you also have to load the kai config and select the option at the bottom to allow UI connections from any IP ..

when i tryis to use kai it always end up with my internet to not work
so i have to call my ISP to fix it
