hi,
if i activate the dvbviewer addon kodi says "couldnt load addon. unknown failure". tested with kodi nightly from last weekend and from today. is it a known problem? is it kodi or dvbviewer addon related?

Not sure, might be Kodi. Do other addons work/load?

I can confirm DVBViewer PVR works fine here on the last nightly Kodi 17 with Confluence skin.

AFIK Estuary skin has not Live TV support yet.

strange, some weeks ago the nightlys (with estuary) worked with livetv.
but with latest nightlys i miss the option "activate tv" within tv-otions. but you can manually enable dvbviewer addon within addon-options (and there i get the failure). you mean it depends on the skin? strange...

Estuary definitely has LiveTV support.

so livetv is working for you wth latest nightlys? which platform do you use?

DVBViewer PVR addon works fine here using Confluence skin:

I still didn't see the option to enable "Live TV" or use it in Estuary.

DVBViewer's working for me with the latest kodi nightly - tried switching to Estuary and it works in that.
IIRC the 'activate tv' option has gone - it's now just a case of enabling 1 or more pvr addons to activate it.

I installed the latest nightly today, and dvbviewer was working. I disabled the addon and re-enabled, and it wouldn't work until I rebooted my pc - so maybe try that?
This is on windows 7, everything local to that machine btw.

Thanks that did the trick.

I had TV live enabled on Confluence and switching to Estuary made "TV" appear in main menu. Smile

It's not specially user friendly but these are nightly builds so we must accept it.

Hello there, since 2 days I cannot watch Live TV from my DVBviewer Server.
I had a working Kryption Nightly with TV and suddenly something broke and there was no TV Section. I have upgraded Kodi to the latest nightly (from today), but it still throws the same error:

Ist this error known? And more important how can I fix this? I cant understand why a working installation broke by itself.

Looks like it's crashing after fetching/while parsing http://192.168.5.200:8089/api/timerlist.html?utf8=2. Can you paste the output please?
