hi all have kodi on my tv fine installed it on laptop today have sound but no picture tryed settings and lowered resolution but still no luck any ideas any info welcome thanks

Dear friend,
If your laptop had a separate graghic card such as AMD, Nvidia. You should go to Device manager to disable your driver card.
Don't worry, your windows 10 will be working normally after disabling it. After using KODI, you should renable the driver graphic card
KODI is usually working with picture and sound with any laptop of no separate graphic card.
