I'm trying to use the app on my computer but whenever I click play the monitor goes to "Out of Range". I've tried a few settings on my computer/monitor and in the app itself. Am I doing something wrong?

You need to post a log file to get support on these forums and also be more specific with your problem. When you say "app", are you referring to Kodi or an app within Kodi?
