Can I record, with Kodi, the pay channels (copy once) that I am legally paying for with my cable card?

Can I access shows that I have recorded with Kodi, with my Android smartphone when outside of my home’s network?

Can I watch live TV with my Android smartphone when outside of my home’s network, (through my Kodi system)?

Can Kodi integrate with WMC to watch the pay channels that I am legally paying for?
