Hello

Since i switched from mediaportal 1 to the tv server of mediaportal 2, kodi doesnt show recording Thumbnails.
(doesnt make a difference if its from a new recoding or from a old (imported) recording which was recorded with the v.1.x mepo server.)

Bug or Problem on my Side?

I now use the latest MePo server (2.1.3) and margos latest plugin (2.1.2). Server and Kodi (17.6) Client are both on the same windows10 pc.

I don't have them either on MP2, Kodi 18, so not just you. They show on the live channel in the info/epg though so hopefully it's an easy fix. Was thinking about taking a look myself when I get the time

Are your recording thumbnails stored next to the recordings in the same folder? If not, then the PVR addon will not be able to find them at the moment. I've seen that MediaPortal 2 stores them in C:\ProgramData\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\thumbs on my PC. The PVR addon only searches in the same folder as the recording. It basically takes the recording file name and replaces .ts by .jpg to find the thumbnail.

I've enabled "Leave a Thumb in Recording Folder" in the MePo TV Server Configuration. (Recording -> Thumbs), but your right, them seems to be stored elswhere. (also couldnt finde a thumbnail folder on the location you mentioned.)

Looks like a problem from the MePo backend then.
