Experienced this issue now for a while (also in Krypton), never was shure if this is backend related or a general PVR issue. (did also test with MPo TV-servers 1 and 2)
if i open teletext in Kodi on a other PC than the one the tv-server is installed on, the teletext shows up 2/3 size (scaled)

can provide a debug log from the PC which holds the tv-server (Win 10) or the one i opened the teletext (Win7) or even both, if it helps.
