v17 Any Way to Use CUSTOM Zoom/Pixel Ratio Settings for All 4:3 Videos?
#1
Question
I use custom zoom and pixel ratio settings for my 4:3 videos. I see the option to Set as default for all media, but I only want these custom settings used for my 4:3 videos.

I know there's a Display 4:3 as setting in the Player settings. But it only allows me to choose from the built-in options. It doesn't allow me to set my custom zoom/pixel ratio settings.

I really don't want to have to manually set these custom settings for the hundreds of 4:3 videos I have.

Is there any way to get Kodi to automatically use my custom zoom and pixel ratio settings for all 4:3 videos?

Thanks

Your 'use case' is a bit too niche for the Kodi GUI to handle, that is obvious. I could imagine creating a SQL query that inserts entries into the 'settings' table based on the video aspect ratio in the 'streamdetails' table directly in the video database... But that is all very hackery.
