On one of my Ubuntu 148.02 machines where I have installed Kodi 18.1 I cannot add any PVR add-ons as they appear to not be available.
I usually find these in Settings / Add-ons / My Add-ons / PVR clients.  On this system no PVR clients are listed?
Reviewing the PVR addons quick start guide it states: - "Settings -> Add-ons -> Disabled add-ons -> PVR .
When I do Settings Add-ons I don't have Disabled PVR ons?
How do I enable the mythtv PVR add-on?

Run the update and install as suggested and all is working fine now.
