Just install XBMC for Windows with the installer and you will get a shortcut on the Start menu that already has that.

just tried adding that cmd ("C:\Program Files\XBMC\XBMC.exe" -fs) into *.inf for remote app from mode2006, yet i needed to add "-p" option after the cmd to force using same user settings for xbmc for my winxp.

The profile path is stored in the profile.xml file (legacy). Delete it and then decide if you'll use -p or not.
