It seems that the files in credits dir are not used in XBMC for windows. Can I remove it?

I guess so. Simple way to find out is just rename the folder first and see if there's any trouble.
Is your HDD so full that you need to have 4MB reclaimed though?

I renamed it and it have nothing happened, so I think it is useful in XBOX version and noneed in windows version.

It may be needed in time, so just remember that you've deleted it.
