I moved from using PIs to Firestick 4ks a couple months ago. I am using the same setup (copied my userdata) running 18.5. When I went into data monitoring on the Firestick, it said I used over 100GB this month (just for the Kodi app) and over 70 GB last month.
I am trying to figure out how this could happen. I don't do any streaming (even Pandora) in Kodi except maybe a movie trailer once or twice a month. Of course it hits the internet for new media, but that should be very little data. Could the Firestick be wrong? Any idea how I can track this down? I have minimal add-ons installed for what I need. Is there a way to monitor data usage in Kodi?
The PIs could have been using as much data, but I didn't have any way to monitor it (that I know of).
