Hi!
Anyone who has tried to run xbmc on 2008 server? I'm trying to combine my htpc and home server so I want to run xbmc on 2008 server. However, it seems to crash when it starts up.
Anyone who has gotten it to work?

So you have tried it? XMBC crashes during startup for me...

crashes here too on windows 2008 server.. haven't found any 'reason' yet..

Most likely the drivers are supplied Microsoft hence poor open GL drivers even if they are from your graphics cards manufacturer why would they support open GL on windows server?

mx settings are simple 0815 install 2008 server drivers from microsoft update ...
only sound drivers are from kx-team for my audigy
runs 100% like vista

How did you get xbmc to work on 2008 server? I have had no luck, it crashes everytime I try to start it...
