Apple release the 14.6 today, i am running KODI using a weekly signing App with Xcode and all my configs and library data are kept as it is.

if I do the new firmware update, will it damage everything?

help from past experience are welcome.

tvOS update should no delete your data.
But, just to be sure, you can download your Kodi data container with Xcode.

i did it and there was no complications, the App was active and did not lost any customisation.
