Hi there. This is gonna sound really weird, but I'm fairly sure AutoWidget is messing with the media scraping in Kodi. Let me explain.
For a while I've been having problems with the media scraping ending before it's done. Usually I just restart it manually and it restarts and finishes. However, since I recently decided to rescrape my entire library this has been driving me nuts. For days I've been trying to rescrape my entire library, but five, ten or twenty minutes in it just stops. I've been collecting several debug logs from these occasions and a common denominator is the AutoWidget app running a refresh just before the scraper stops without any notice. I've temporarily deactivated the add-on and started a new attempt at scraping and now it scrapes like there's no tomorrow. Been going for close to an hour at this point so I seem to have located the problem.
I thought about writing in the add-on's official thread, but it just seems weird to me that this phenomenon is possible and might not be unique to this particular add-on. Since it's a problem during scraping the log file is huge, but here's a link of the last time it happened with AutoWidget refreshing at line 35. Hope someone has the time to help out. Thank you.
Edit: Several hours later it's still going. This was definitely it.
