All versions of Kodi Including Alpha: When I start playback of any 4k hdr mkv, picture will be clipping whites or blown out, to fix it I hit tab on keyboard or esc, to go back to menu, and then hit tab again to go back to full screen video, and it will then be playing back properly.
This has happened for quite a few previous version before v19+. I've reinstalled windows, done clean installs of kodi, etc.
