Please Help before I lose my mind completley.
I am trying to create a STRM file and add it to a XSP Playlist to use in Pseudo TV Live
I tried following the Kodi Wiki at "https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:YouTube#Integration_with_STRM_files", in which case the line
plugin://plugin.video.youtube/play/?playlist_id=$PLOWSbqDrrI5QU6-kEuXq2eFqWZ3po6yHh
saved in a text file with the extention .strm should be a stream and should work. Of course it doesn't. But even if I could create a working strm, I can't work out how to add it to Kodi. If i can add it to an XSP playlist, I could load it into Kodi easily, but i am stuck.
Basically, I am trying to randomize a youtube playlist to add to Kodi through "Pseudo TV Live". I can add a youtube playlist to PTVL, but when you start Kodi, PTVL automaticaly builds its playlists everyday, so everyday the playlist is exactly the same, playing the first 10 or 20 videos of the playlist. As some of these channels contain hundreds of videos, I would like to randomize the whole playlist. Apparently this can be done with strms. So If I could add the above STRM to a playlist, I can load it into PTVL and away.
Can someone please help me. No one seems to know, but surely someone here can figure this out.
