I'm a french fan of this Amazing skin !

With my nvidia shield tv pro, it works fine.

It's for me the best skin ever.

But since i'm on Omega Metropolis doesn't work anymore....

Is there a chance for an new version ?

or something do to to fix the problem ?

Metropolis is back on my screen.

It seems that "playlist" is the only one who doesn't work anymore now.

I will try to look into it, I didn't think anyone was going to install it from my repo. (I pushed a merge to Jingai)
If that's the case I need to group the images into an single file and make a more proper release file. (that will still need to be installed manually)

I'll see if I can look at the playlist, can you be more specific or maybe include an image?

In fact, the playlist "favoris" still remain empty, even when some titles were added on it.

It doesn't work.

As I said your skin is the best of the best for me.

The new option 'search' (rechercher) is really a good one for a fast search & found (comme une aiguille dans une botte de foin in french !!).

I add my gratitude to Metropolis developers for keeping it working.
I'm used to it and after testing others -more modern, hi-res, with more thingies- I always came back home.

Should I be seeing Metropolis in the list of available skins for Omega?  It's listed as compatible with 21 on the wiki, and shows up in https://kodi.tv/addons/omega/category/skins/.  Definitely wishing I didn't have my shields set to auto-update at this point. Metropolis is, in my opinion, the best skin there is for Kodi.  I definitely want to say thank you to the work the people who work on it do.

Hi MacGyver - now that I have also upgraded to LE12 / Kodi 21, music visualizations are not at full screen. They are now a window - and behind it I see the default image for music from the theme with panning. Can I configure this somehow?

You may need to switch to a different skin and completely remove any old Metropolis version before installing from a zip file under Kodi 21.

It works under Windows when it's set under Setting->Player->Audio->Playback->Visualization if I start a song then I press Tab, I'll have to try Linux.

Ah, thanks for the hint - if I select it that way, it works.  

I still have one problem: I can no longer navigate to favorites or create a shortcut to favorites. I can only create a shortcut to a single entry within the favorites.

Glad to hear it.

When Kodi devs refactored the way Favorites worked it screwed up a bunch of stuff (I'm sure there was a good reason, they don't normally make breaking changes like that without one).
The changes made to the various support scripts to accommodate sometimes requires a complete manual purge of the skin settings as well as "script.skinshortcuts" settings.
You my have to manually use this path instead of a selectable one for custom menus that point to the top level favourites "folder".

favorites:// does not work, neither does ActivateWindow(favorites://) or ActivateWindow(favorites,favorites://). Do I have to write something directly in the xml files?

Nope, if you are trying to open it via an "ActivateWindow" command it's:

Don't ask me why? The one I listed (And it's "favourites://" with the "u" if you are trying to make a source path) was the path they use now, the command is the other.
