Android Watching Region 2 DVD MP4s In U.S. (Region 1)
#1
I'm in the U.S. and can't find a certain tv dvd series I want to watch in U.S. region one format.  I believe most I've found so far were region two, which won't play on my DVD player.  Can I still convert the region two dvds to mp4 (handbreak), load them to my hard drive and watch them using KODI ?   Will they play properly on my system ?  If not how can I go about this ?   I'm using a Shield Pro.

Thanks...

Yes. But I would use MakeMKV to rip the DVD's... https://www.makemkv.com/

Yes. MakeMKV will remove the protections and region locks, so the output mkv files can play anywhere.
