Armbian minimal on Odroid N2+ running Kodi Flatpak
setup root user and password....
hit ctrl-c (this will ignore non root user account setup prompt)
sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade -y
sudo apt install flatpak
sudo flatpak remote-add --if-not-exists flathub https://dl.flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
sudo flatpak install flathub tv.kodi.Kodi
reboot...
root login and password...
flatpak run tv.kodi.Kodi
Notes....
Root user and password is mandatory,however up arrow on keyboard will reveal, from memory,
the Kodi run command on subsequent booting.
Avoid running Kodi from a remote SSH session or setting up a non root user.
PVR Clients and Virtual Filesystems are in System(the gear wheel)/Add-ons/My Add ons

This is the first time I heard of someone to run the Flatpak on ARM. And on top of it succeeded with it.
